(3)側(cè)門檻拼接縫處的強度 對接面的側(cè)門檻需要長期承受貨物堆放和小車運輸產(chǎn)生的壓力,因此,必須在考慮Z大承載力的情況下提高側(cè)門檻強度。側(cè)門檻僅靠自身強度來支撐,若單純增大側(cè)門檻橫截面積或采用高強度材質(zhì)來加強側(cè)門檻強度,則會降低庫內(nèi)高度,并且增加材料成本;因此,在側(cè)門檻下方設(shè)置支撐點,通過多點支撐降低單根側(cè)門檻的強度,同時避免因彈性變形而造成的冷媒泄漏。

組合式集裝箱冷庫存在對接面的密封斷熱問題。除采用膠條隔斷方式外,還須采用填縫劑填塞夾縫來減少庫內(nèi)與庫外的熱交換。若對接面全采用填縫劑密封斷熱,則當需要移動冷庫位置時,填縫劑的黏結(jié)面不易分開;因此,在對對接面進行密封斷熱處理時,先用膠條填塞一部分對接面,再用填縫劑填塞膠條兩側(cè)夾縫,從而減小黏結(jié)面,使黏結(jié)面易于拆開和清理,便于膠條的二次安裝和填縫劑的再次使用。
