一、熱浸鋅法

1、 Hot dip galvanizing

熱浸鋅出產(chǎn)工業(yè)化程度高，耐久年限長(zhǎng)，其質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定。大量用于室外的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，易受腐蝕并且還不易維修。近年來(lái)大量出現(xiàn)的輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系中的壓型鋼板等，也較多采用熱浸鋅防腐蝕，住人集裝箱便是。熱浸鋅的首道工序是酸洗除銹，然后是清洗，如果這兩道工序不完全均會(huì)給防腐蝕留下隱患，所以有必要處理完全。關(guān)于鋼結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)劃者，應(yīng)該防止規(guī)劃相貼合面的構(gòu)件，避免貼合面的縫隙中酸洗不完全或酸液洗不凈。造成鍍鋅外表流黃水的現(xiàn)象，畢竟熱浸鋅是在高溫下進(jìn)行的。

二、涂層法

優(yōu)良涂層依賴(lài)于完全除銹，常用的優(yōu)良氟碳涂料，防腐年限乃長(zhǎng)達(dá)50年。所以用于室內(nèi)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)或相對(duì)易于維護(hù)的室外鋼結(jié)構(gòu)較多。雖然一次性本錢(qián)低，但用于野外時(shí)維護(hù)本錢(qián)較高。涂層法的施工就是除銹，所以要求高的涂層一般多用噴砂噴丸除銹，露出金屬的光澤，除掉所有的銹跡和油污。
